International shipping takes within 1 week time delivery usually. Additional delay may occurs during the months of September-March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal service and customs.

International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by our website.
We are a professional online dealer, all the orders will be delivered rightly to your door. Please make sure you are at home when the packages are arriving at you.
After placing orders, please check your email to read about order confirmation, please also track your order online after we sent you the tracking numbers of your orders.

All ordered items on our site are closely to the word "what you see on our website are what you get in 7days".
Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned shoes should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

Exchanges:

Please contact us with your Order ID and the tracking number of your order. If you would like to exchange items for a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.
The mail point is we don't accept shoes are used and even worn.

Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
