1. Payment Methods

2. When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order quickly. 100% of in-stock orders will be process in 6-24 hours. We do not have rest on Sat and Sun, so we will ship your order out in two days.

3. How will my order be shipped?
For all physical addresses, we use EMS and DHL services. Wherever you are, we will ship to you.

4. When will I receive my order?
If a product is not available or back ordered an associate from www.mbtmworkshop.com will contact you promptly to inform you of the situation. In stock orders usually reach you within 7-10 days.

5. Lifetime Return Policy and order cancellation
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from www.mbtworkshop.com.
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email stating the reason for the return within 2days of receipt.
Shoes in new, unworn condition can always be returned You have to afford the return shipping fee and we need to charge you 20% for the restocking fee.
No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.
We process most returns within 1-3 days of their receipt back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed it can take your bank up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.

If the size does not fit well and you would like to exchange it , we will not charge you the reshipping fee. You need to afford the shipping fee back to us.

6. Exchanges
Please send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and a note asking for an exchange. Once we receive the original pair back, we will enter a new order for you and refund the original order. You afford the return shipping fee.

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Our customer service representatives are available for online live support. If we are busy helping other customers please leave us a message and someone will contact with you as soon as possible.

8. Terms and Conditions
Please note, our policies and promotions are for consumer purchases only, and do not apply to other retailers. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by another retail establishment.
Customers purchasing more than 4 pairs of mbt shoes per household will not be allowed to return their order(s). Prior to order shipment customers ordering more than 4 pairs of mbt shoes will have to reply via email to accept our special return policy.
